Job Overview:
Srimatrix Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
- Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring all appointments are up-to-date.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials.
- Internal Documentation:
- Maintain and organize internal documents, files, and records.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Social Media Handling:
- Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, including content creation and posting.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries or comments.
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
- General Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Collaboration and Team Support:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
