Job Summary

Seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services for inpatient and outpatient populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ADL training and rehabilitation services
• Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications
• Document patient care activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active OT License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience
• Strong orthopedic experience preferred
