We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join a growing outpatient clinic in Houston, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both acute and chronic conditions, performing patient assessments, and working closely with physicians and healthcare staff to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient clinical setting
• Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality care
• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior outpatient clinic experience
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
