Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to patients in a home health setting in Marion, Arkansas. The RN will work closely with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support individualized care plans and promote safe, effective care in the patient’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Develop and follow individualized plans of care
• Educate patients and family members regarding medications, treatments, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Follow infection-control, safety, and professional nursing standards

Requirements

• Active RN license or eligibility for appropriate Arkansas licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• NCLEX-RN passed
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Previous Home Health, Med-Surg, Skilled Nursing, or related RN experience preferred
