Job Description

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for opportunities in the Seven Hills / Brooklyn Heights, Ohio area. We are seeking dependable and compassionate nurses who can provide high-quality patient care while working effectively with physicians, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor changes in their condition.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate providers.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and ongoing care.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or eligible multistate/compact RN license.
• Successfully passed the NCLEX-RN.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS certification, as applicable to the position.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
