Job Description

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate opportunities in the Akron / Uniontown, Ohio area. The RN will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer prescribed treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe and effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to established standards.
• Complete patient assessments and document clinical findings.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate electronic and clinical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary communication.
• Respond promptly to urgent clinical situations.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or compact/multistate RN license.
• NCLEX-RN successfully completed.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS certification when required for the assigned unit.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
