Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for healthcare opportunities throughout the Dayton and Columbus, Ohio areas. Qualified candidates will provide professional nursing care, conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients throughout the course of care.
• Provide nursing interventions according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize significant changes in patient condition.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients.
• Support continuity and coordination of patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or eligible compact/multistate RN license.
• Successful completion of NCLEX-RN.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS certification as applicable.
• Previous professional nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
