Job Description:

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations, ensuring high standards of care, and leading a team of nurses in a behavioral health setting. You will be a key member of the leadership team and contribute to the strategic direction of the nursing department, all while ensuring that the needs of our patients are met with the utmost professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support nursing staff to deliver quality care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership and manage the nursing department’s budget and staffing.
• Oversee patient care coordination and delivery of psychiatric health services.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
• Prior Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health experience.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Prior Inpatient Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health leadership experience.
