We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Float Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical Floors, you will bring your full self – body, mind, heart, and spirit – to your work. You will provide care across various departments, including Med Surg, Ortho Medical Trauma, Medical Oncology Palliative Care, Observation, and Neuro Surgical Trauma.

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various medical surgical floors.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Prioritize quality care with patients’ best interests at heart.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required within 48 months of hire.
• Minimum one (1) year of RN experience in acute care M/S.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
