Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pain Management/Physical Therapy office in Yonkers, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a Pain Management setting with a strong understanding of Work-Related Injury and Personal Injury cases. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and financial management skills to ensure the efficient functioning of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial performance of the revenue cycle, ensuring efficient billing and collections.
  • Supervise patient scheduling, registration, medical records, financial counseling, billing, data entry, and cash posting.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless workflow and patient care.
  • Promote excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction, addressing concerns and implementing improvements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Organize staff meetings for administrative and clinical teams, as well as internal and external conferences.
  • Ensure adequate staffing for daily operations and assist in recruiting clinicians as needed.
  • Assist in special projects and support administrative needs as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Pain Management office, with a strong understanding of Work-Related and Personal Injury cases.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of medical office operations, billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
