Pay: USD $70,000 to $110,000 (Base Salary)

Job Overview:

This full-time position allows you to work in a state-of-the-art outpatient rehab center while providing care to a wide range of patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver group or individual therapy based on rehabilitation goals.
• Supervise and guide support staff to ensure treatments are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including submitting patient charges within 24 hours.
• Participate in training and orientation for new staff and students, helping to cultivate a positive and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Current Ohio PT license.
• At least one clinical rotation in a rehabilitation setting (e.g., outpatient, home health, SNF, acute rehab).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
