Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled travel nurse to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week assignment for a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager with experience in Progressive Care Units (PCUs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The travel nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The position requires a strong understanding of PCU nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients in the PCU
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

• Current RN license in New Mexico or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCU setting
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
