Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule: Day Shift | Approximately 35 Hours Per Week

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 17-week travel assignment in Montana. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple care settings, including outpatient therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, home health visits, and school-based services. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a diverse patient population and thrive in a collaborative rehabilitation environment focused on restoring mobility, function, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation services across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, home health, and community settings.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to regulatory and facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS Certification if required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• Pediatric therapy experience.
• Pelvic Health Therapy experience.
• Home Health experience.
